The project for the Isoka Tower in Hong Kong studies the possibility of constructing skyscrapers on the water. Its main concept is to provide sustainable housing, offices, and recreational areas to the over crowed city of Hong Kong where land for new developments is extremely expensive and very limited.

The Isoka Tower consists of seven clusters of housing and office units covered by an ETFE membrane that protects the structure from the elements, benefits from being lighter than glass, and is covered with photovoltaic cells for sunlight harvesting.  An innovative aspect of the proposal is its steeped design of the housing units with private gardens and spacious recreational areas.
