Central Park Skyscraper

Central Park Skyscraper

The 20th Century saw the birth of the skyscraper and the transformation of major global cities. Our proposal examines the skyscraper as a vertical park for high density urban areas. It is divided in four main areas according to its height.

The top part at 300 meters is a wind power plant with observation decks and restaurants. At 200 meters we have located a rainwater purification system with a water reservoir.

The middle part located at 130 meters will provide the community with recreational areas that will include basketball and tennis courts as well as skateboarding circuits. These areas will be surrounded by trees and open spaces for other leisure activities.

The bottom part at 50 meters will be used for parking and mechanical systems.
