The massive amount of waste and debris accumulated in the Pacific Ocean is known as the Pacific Garbage Patch. The Scraper is a floating building designed to collect and compact the garbage into cubes with the use of automated robots.

These cubes will later be burned by two different actions. The first system burns the cubes using space rockets exhausts during launch. The second one is the transportation of the cubes to outer space and let them re-enter the Earth’s atmosphere to burn down.
